Everyday Mindfulness for Extraordinary Times is FREE ONLINE to support the global community during the COVID-19 crisis.

The practices Lesley shares in the EMET sessions integrate foundational mindfulness and compassion for self and others.

Lesley offers EMET sessions Mondays and Fridays from 8:30AM - 9:00AM.

EMET will continue at least through May 1, possibly longer.

We use the same Zoom link for all EMET sessions. Just log on at or around 8:30AM on the day of the session(s) you want to attend.
