Meditations

The below meditations may be done seated (on a chair or a floor cushion), reclining (on a bed or sofa) or standing (freely or against a wall).
I invite you to explore the posture that offers you the greatest feeling of comfort and safety.
You may close your eyes for any of the practices. If closed eyes does not put you at ease, you may keep eyes open and maintain a neutral gaze (e.g., at a blank wall).
